June 26th to 30th

  • 9am - 12pm
    • Water Works (ages 4 - 6): Water is more complicated than it looks and through this exciting camp, preschoolers will learn all about the different properties of water. They will learn about sea life, density and buoyancy! Children will experiment with dry ice and water, create their very own water art and discover how water can be the most powerful force on earth. We will make our own wave motion modulators, bubble wands and pet tornados to take home! Preschoolers will be amazed at how much they can do with WATER!
    • Crazy Chemworks (ages 6 - 12): Shake up a flask of fun in the lag as a Junior Chemist! These five half-days of chemistry are packed solid with cool reactions. Campers put on some googles and change liquids to solids and back again. They get to handle laboratory tools, build and break molecules and pick up some tricks on chemical changes.
  • 1pm - 4pm
    • NASA: A Journey Into Outer Space (ages 6 - 12): From our Earth’s atmosphere to the outer reaches of our solar system, this hands-on program sends children on a quest for exploration! Comets, planets, stars and more are all waiting to be discovered. Learn about the forces of flight, the challenges of space travel and explore the science involved in rocket construction as you build your own Skyblazer II RocketTM! Travel to the end of the rainbow and make a sunset, use a Gravitational Launcher to see how NASA places satellites into outer space, fly your own cosmic disc and create your own Stereoscopic Viewer.
